• Noun: A person who loves all sports but is not fanatical about any one sport. They love to be associated with sporting and concert events, but rarely attend the game or concert. Instead, they prefer to watch it on TV in a club, bar, pub, restaurant, hotel, theatre, or private home in the company of good friends, good food, good beer and spirits, fun games, pool bets, laughter, a little flirting, and lots of high spirited conversation.

• Verb: To travel to an event city where a game or concert will take place solely to participate in the social events and parties prior to, during, and after the actual game or concert takes place.

• We are travellers and hearty eaters, but high end restaurants don’t impress us, neither do $200.00 tickets to anything.

• PANTS have a unique set of Values ….. viewing Life as a process where we take-on and execute ever increasing responsibilities. Life is a serious adventure; not just a party.

• Most of us have dual personalities. We need weekly breaks from our stressful life styles. The solution ? We go nuts over sports. Not necessarily attending games but throwing ourselves into the social milieu around games or concerts.

• We lust for these diversions and are always searching for new friends to share a loyalty to our team or musical idol.

• Most of us have a generational character flaw. “We have an insatiable appetite for novelty”. Always another team coming to town !!. Sometimes a new beer !!

• Each brewer partner over-prints their brewery information onto the bottom strip of each PANT label.

• They also may print the crests and miniature labels of their other brands.

• Through the synergy of double labelling we hope to increase partner sales of all brands.

Business model

• I licence the PANT name to 300 small breweries in Asia, Europe, and America. Their beer; their label + our label.

• We market the PANT clothing, jewellery, and footwear line to create demand for the beer and visa-versa.

• We profile our green “low carbon footprint”. Beer is all made within 150 km (100 miles) from where it is consumed.

• PANT beer will come from different breweries but within a narrow taste range. 4% blond lager; later 8% high test; pale ale; A Pante diary-based smoothie.

• We will build a global brand and let the synergy drive the full line of beers and ales made by the PANT partners.
