Using brand of Masri, a combination of the name of Punari and his beloved
wife, Mastura.

the shelves of big supermarkets such
as Giant.
However, Punari didn’t want too long led the MHP Enterprise, Punari give in belief to his eldest daughter, Musleha Punari @ Zainuddin.
Compatible with her field and skills, she has an honors degree in International Business from University Utara Malaysia (UUM).
Musleha managed to push gross sales in addition to getting “Halal certification” from Majlis Agama Islam Selangor and Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) in an effort to bring the company's products to a wider market.
Till now, MHP Enterprise received various awards and recognition.Have 40 permanent and temporary employees.Not only that, now MHP Enterprise is also become a center for the sale of light meals products that is traditionally run by locals.
Now MHP Enterprise received many visitors who stayed in hotels and homestays around Kuala Selangor, Sekinchan and the surrounding area as well as participants from government and private agencies.Also received delegations and foreign tourists such as Iran, the Netherlands, Indonesia, France, USA, South Korea, Nepal, the Philippines, Singapore, Myanmar, Brunei and Thailand.
In addition to product quality improvement through joint research collaboration of
Lembaga Pemasaran Pertanian Persekutuan (FAMA), SIRIM Berhad and Institut Penyelidikan
dan Kemajuan Pertanian Malaysia (MARDI), MHP Enterprise also want to create more
branches throughout Malaysia.

The making of “BAHULU”
1. Preparing the wheat floura. Firstly, the wheat flour was heated first, the time duration
was unsure because the wheat floor was left inside the baking machine after the last usage of the machine in that day.
b. Conventionally, before this method was use the wheat flour was heated under the sun but it faces few problem problem like contamination. By heating it in baking machine, it can be heat properly without contamination.
c. Secondly, sifting the flour to prevent the wheat flour become lumpy. This process was done using sifting machine.

2. Mixing the ingredient Sugar, vanilla essence, 200 ml Ice cream soda, two spoon of sodium benzoate, wheat flour, baking cake flour (blue key), and egg yolk are put together in the cake rotor for 30 minutes.

3. Shaping the “ bahulu ” After 15 minutes, put the ingredient mixture
in the hot bahulu former. Each cup of the bahulu former fill up with one full spoon.

4. Baking the ingredient mixture After that, put the bahulu former inside the
baking machine for 10 minutes with 190 celcius of temperature.
