“U” SHAPED JOINTThe “U” shaped joint with an inclination of 3° allows a robust connection between the beam and upright, increasing the load capacity both of the beam and frame. The accurate beam & upright connection allows greater stability and rigidity to impove the reliability both in static and seismic environments.

FACILITATES THE MOVEMENT OF STORED GOODSThe inclined configuration of the IRON FIST DRIVE-IN guide rails allow more space in the aisles where goods are handled. This makes it easier to move products and also has a self-centring function for pallets during loading.

GREATER LOAD CAPACITY AND SAFETYThe guides are thicker than most competitor systems and use double folds to increase the load capacity and safety provided by IRON FIST DRIVE-IN. Allowing a greater distance between the retainers helps keep costs down to a minimum.

THE HIGH-PERFORMANCE SUPER PALLET RACKIdeal for high load capacity requirements, such as storing laminates, dies and coils. The strength is provided by the special anchors, covered by the exclusive ROSSS® patent, which assures greater stability of the structure.

WITH REMOVABLE ENDSThe ROSSS® Mammuth Super Pallet Rack is a system which consists of single elements which can be combined to create the required structure and also reconfigured based on new and different logistical requirements of the warehouse.

PATENTED BOLT FOR HIGHER PERFORMANCEThe Sequoia patented bolts are produced by molding, instead of the usual extrusion process. This molding allows us to model the shape and the grooves created in the area of contact with the structure gaining a higher performance and greater stability of the structure itself.

THE ONLY CANTILEVER WITH COMPLETELY BOLTED COLUMNSThe complete bolting of Cantilever allows full painting of the columns as well as the inside parts for better protection and longevity.Fixings are also made of a special exclusive conical bolt range 8.8 to increase security and facilitate the easy removal or reconfiguration of the rack to meet new and different needs of your warehouse.

THE LIGHT EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANT SHELVINGThanks to the possibility of inserting earthquake-resistant braced frames, DUBLEZ provides light earthquake-resistant shelving which can also be created with walkway systems. The coupling holes make it the ideal solution to be integrated with Unimondial shelving systems.

WITH REVERSABLE BEAMS FOR STORING CONTAINERS AND PALLETSIn the standard version, the beam is fitted to allow the creation of flat areas between the beam and the rack – the ideal solution for small and medium sized picking operations. If the beam is turned, the smooth surface of the beam itself means it can be used for storing light pallets.

COMPLETELY GALVANISED AND ABLE TO BE INTEGRATED WITH UNIMONDIAL STRUCTURESCreated specifically to allow UNIMONDIAL GALV to be used efficiently in all environments especially those with a high level of humidity. It has also been designed for integration with Unimondial.

GALVANISED STEEL RACK WITH SIMPLIFIED UPRIGHTSUNIZINC EASY is the light galvanised steel shelving system with beams and transverse flat areas which adapts easily to the most diverse storage needs. The system is designed to provide a more flexible solution which is quick and simple to install. The boltless system provides flexibility to relocate the units to adapt to ever changing requirements. The galvanised coating also means that it can be used in areas where there is a high level of humidity including cold rooms.

ROSSS® HAS CARRIED OUT ITS FIRST EARTHQUAKE PROOF WAREHOUSE IN 1996

JULY 1996ROSSS® installed the first earthquake-resistant system in 1996 in Bologna and in 1997 in Umbria.

MAY 2006ROSSS® carried out important shaking table tests at the University of Athens.

2006-2014ROSSS® collaborated with the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Firenze and with CISI to draft the first standard on earthquake-resistant pallet racking.

MAY 2012ROSSS® designed TREE CHEESE, the first earthquake-resistant shelving system specifically for the dairy industry.

SEPTEMBER 2012 ROSSS® delivered the first TREE CHEESE earthquake-resistant warehouses to dairy companies struck just four months earlier by the earthquake in Emilia and Lombardy.
