The most common method of storing pallets is Selective Pallet Racking, a storage system designed to provide ready access to every pallet.

It can be serviced by virtually any type of forklift and is suitable for a wide range of pallet storing applications. Benefits of Selective Pallet Racking include;

In addition to complying with AS4084-2012, the Rack’n Stack Warehouse also has fully designed and certified outdoor pallet racking to AS1170.2 Wind Loading.

Rack’n Stack Warehouse recommends annual inspections of pallet racking to ensure compliance with current Australian Standards. Not all pallet racking will require annual inspection, for more information call 1300 848 943.

Our custom made mezzanine floors can be built at a fraction of the price and no council approval is required.

Rack’n Stack Warehouse light duty cantilever system is available in numerous arrangements. Our standard system comprises of 2 x 2438x300mm pallet racking frames (UDL 8000kg per bay) plus 1200mm base to suit and 4 x 1372mm long beams. Bay capacities are 8000kg per bay based on a Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL). Outside to outside measurement of one bay is 1572mm. Other length and heights are available, please contact us for a quote on your specific needs.

Because spills can happen anywhere, Spill Station offers two types of General Purpose Absorbent, so the absorbent you get is right for the job. Both are 100% natural, highly absorbent and free of harmful chemical residues.

SPILL RESPONSE KITS

These kits are available in a range of absorbency sizes starting from 10lts through to 870lts.

WOOD FIRED PIZZA OVEN KITS

Cold Asphalt is a patching material for the permanent repair of pot holes and utility cuts. It is designed to be used for repairing ¼” potholes and cracks greater than 1” wide in asphalt pavement.

It is suitable for use on roads, driveways and walkways in either wet or dry conditions.

The Rack’n Stack Warehouse is also a stockist of ‘Go Green’ Asphalt Cold Patch

Go Green Asphalt Cold Patch is available in both 5mm and 10mm aggregate sizes and

packaged in either 20kg bags / buckets or one tonne bulk bags

(lead times may apply).

The wood fired oven kit includes everything you need to build the oven from the hot surface up, including the rendered finish.

This wood fired oven requires a base of a minimum size 1200 x 1500 mm with a 100 mm concrete slab. You can make the base larger to allow for preparation and serving areas on either side of the oven. The kit itself weighs approximately 1.6 tonne. The internal dimensions of the oven are Width 670 mm, Length 1020 mm, Height 340 mm. The door opening is approximately 400 mm.
