Instructions Step 4: Using a rolling motion with gloves on, grab the exposed side of the sleeve and glove on one arm to remove both, in one movement. Remove the other sleeve and glove with your now free hand only touching the inside of the gown. Continue rolling gown away from body until removed. Dispose of your gown and gloves as your facility requires. Step 1: Place arms through sleeves and secure thumbs in thumbloops. Step 2: Pull neck-straps of gown over head and secure waist ties. Step 3: To remove the gown, simply cross your arms (hands to opposite shoulders) to grab onto the gown and pull forward so the neck straps break away. Then move hands to the waist ties and pull forward on the ties until they break away.
