Craig Davis – President & CEO. Craig Davis co-founded INEXS in 1990 to provide premium geoscience and engineering consulting services tothe worldwide oil and gas industry. He is actively involved with the management of many of the company’s projects, and is responsible for mostof the large projects for major oil companies that include field evaluations, packaging and selling producing assets, and major acquisitions. Craigbegan his career in 1980 when he graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Geology, and began working the mid-continent of the U.S. forTexaco in Tulsa. His career path includes projects in the North Sea, Africa, and the Middle East with Monsanto Oil Company, Tri-D, andLandmark.
Dr Jorge Manrique – Vice President of Operations. Dr. Jorge Manrique manages all of INEXS’ contract production operations, andproduction optimization projects. Jorge has 30 years of experience worldwide with Schlumberger, Yukos, Oxy, Hilcorp, FTSI, and ShellInternational. Jorge holds a PhD and MSc in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa, and his BSc from National University ofEngineering in Peru. Jorge has expertise in horizontal and vertical drilling, reservoir stimulation, fracking, numerical simulation, transientanalysis, reservoir characterization, enhanced oil recovery, applied geomechanics, both conventional and unconventional reservoirs, maturefields, and waterflooding operations.
Cory Rickel – Vice President Accounting. Cory Rickel is responsible for all financial and administrative affairs of the company. Cory has over20 years of experience in the oil and gas services sector. He has held various senior positions (CFO/Controller/VP Finance) with several privateequity owned oil and gas service companies such as TESCO, International Logging, DHI Services, Oilfind International, and INEXS. Cory hasextensive experience with multi-company rollups, private equity investment/investors, international entities, due diligence, and M&A. Hereceived his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M, MBA from UH-Victoria, and is an active CPA.
Steve White – Vice President of Production . Steve is responsible for production and drilling operations. He has 30 plus years of oil and gas experience from onshore to Deepwater, horizontal to vertical, low to high pressure wells, sweet or sour. He has a Petroleum Engineer degree from Texas A&M and worked in various positions offshore for the first ten years of his career for Murphy Exploration & Production in field operations, drilling, and completions. Later he moved to the head office where he worked in various departments and became the Senior Production Manager. He has also worked for Woodside Energy, JGC Energy and Tema Oil and Gas.

Dan Ward – Vice President of Geosciences. Dan Ward directs and manages all INEXS projects and technical personnel. His 40 years ofindustry experience has enabled him to ensure technical and operational excellence for both companies. Dan began his career in the oil and gasindustry working as an apprentice geophysicist while still in high school. He was able to pay for his own college education from Oregon StateUniversity in 1981 with a BS in Geology. His first job out of college was working for Texaco in the Mid-continent. Dan’s career path has includedcompanies such as CMS NOMECO, Petrotech Peruana, OGMC, and Epsilon Energy.
Luke Wilkens – Vice President of Business Development. Luke Wilkens is responsible for exploring and promoting all new opportunitiesfor INEXS. He brings with him over 17 years of experience in Business Development. He is very active in the M&A, Capital / Debt Provider, andRestructuring and Turnaround community. Luke began his career in the oil and gas industry as a field engineer for Schlumberger (Z-Seisacquisition). Since then, Luke’s career path in Business Development has included Schlumberger, Knowledge Reservoir, RPS, and INEXS. In 2016,Luke was a recipient of Oil and Gas Investor Magazines “30 Professionals Under 40”
Ted Lundgren – Senior Financial Analyst. Ted Lundgren is responsible for business and financial modeling and has 25 years in financialservices and analysis . Ted owns Hg Capital Advisors a quantitative analysis and management firm and is managing director of Numetrix CapitalManagement. He holds degrees from Indiana University in Economics and East Asian Cultures with a concentration in Japanese
Behrooz Ramesh, Ph.D., P.E. – Vice President Reservoir Engineering. Behrooz Ramesh conducts reservoir engineering studies on many of INeXS’ Challenging projects. With over 45 years of varied experience in many facets of reservoir engineering – from simulation of complex recovery techniques to field project implementation design to conventional reserves evaluation – as well as technical and functional management. He received his PHD from the University of Texas. Behrooz began his career with Gulf Research & Development and continued with INTERCOMP, Sohio, and BP. Behrooz has coauthored 15 technical publications.

Key Bank led a group of banks looking to
cash bid on producing assets in the Uinta
basin. INEXS supplied a team to generate a
complete analysis of LOE and G&A cost
structure to provide lower costs operational
overhead, as prices improved.
Coral Reef Capital have hired INEXS teams on
several occasions to review and provide due
diligence on production packages, well workover
plans, G&A, and LOE analysis.
TPG brought in INEXS to provide technical
backup for a team targeting an acquisition
package of Gulf of Mexico producing properties.
The team was the second highest bidder out of
fourteen companies, indicative of a conservative
technical approach while still giving value for
upside potential.
GSO requested INEXS to do a deep dive on
the PDP assets and future drilling potential
for Saratoga Resources.. This work was
done with full cooperation from Saratoga’s
Management Team. INEXS was then hired
again one year later to determine the
adjusted value of the companies assets.
Completed evaluation of all New Gulf
Resources producing assets and future
drilling potential, as well as an evaluation of
the management team. Worked for Ad-Hoc
Creditor Committee through PJT, and Strook
and Strook.
Blackstone engaged INEXS to provide technical
assistance on several PDP acquisition assets
over a 12 month period for a startup management
team. Assets ranged from Gulf of Mexico to
California, to onshore Louisiana.
