COMMUNITY SERVICE • This year marks the 34th anniversary of the Atlanta Hunger Walk Run: taking steps together with
our community in the fight against local hunger! Decatur SDA's champion team fundraiser is sis Augusta Frederick; her company continues to match each dollar of your donation so that $1 contribution =$2!! Join for the actual 5k Walk/Run and, more importantly, let's contribute toward our team to support our Food Pantry. It is the donations raised by participants that support programs which feed hungry people in our community year-round; every dollar you give = 4 meals.

6. FAMILY LIFE MINISTRY • Family Life Ministry Day is March 3rd, 2018. We have a full day of events including: Sabbath
School led by Dr's. John and Januwonia Nixon, Sr. Divine Hour - Theme: Pray. Believe. Act. by Dr's. John Nixon, Sr and Januwonia Nixon. Sabbath Lunch will be served at DAJA (Catered lunch). Married vs. Singles game at 7:30PM at Big Miller Grove - 3800 Big Miller Grove Way, Lithonia GA 30058. The game cost is $3.00. Please bring cash for the game tickets as well as concessions items. Our Pathfinder Drum Corps will be performing at half-time along with the DAJA flag corps. Please join us for a full day of family, fun and faith filled activities!
7. HOSPITALITY • This Sabbath, February 24, is national tortilla chips day!! The introduction of tortilla chips into
modern food culture is most commonly traced back to Rebecca Webb Carranza. To celebrate tortilla chips day, the Hospitality department will be handing out tortilla chips with select dips. Please come down to the Otis Taylor Fellowship Hall after service to receive your chips & dip. Quantities are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis.
8. LIBRARY • The India Cherika Melton reading Library is open every 1st and 3rd Sabbath, one hour after Divine
