Bio-Bacterial Technology

Our technology bacterial products are the result of research and development efforts and years of experience utilizing bio-augmentation to solve waste and wastewater problems. The bacteria used in our products contain 6 strains of ROETECH patented bacillus bacteria in stable spore with each strain producing enzymes, resulting in an extremely powerful biological product which breaks down and digests the source of the problem rather than masking it. This process guarantees a natural way to treat cleaning problems with no need for harsh chemicals cleaners, making cleaning practice simpler and greener. Most of our products are up to 100 times more effective than conventional products such as chemicals or enzyme based cleaners, offering significant savings. Our bacteria is available in either powder or liquid form and is offered in a variety of products to provide customers with the greatest flexibility and effectiveness.

The Difference

Bacteria are living, single cell organisms that inhabit every environment. The bacteria begin to adapt to specific conditions of temperature, pH and waste composition. After a short time each bacterial cell begins to produce enzymes to start the progress of degrading the food source and obtaining it’s nutrients. Soon the bacteria begin to reproduce rapidly, manufacturing more and more enzymes and degrading more and more organic matter. The main function of the bacteria is to consume organic waste materials. When the bacteria consumes the waste, they convert the waste into safe by products - carbon dioxide and water. When waste materials are very complex, the bacteria actually produce enzymes to break down the complex waste into simple compounds that the bacteria can consume.

Enzymes are not alive so they don't have the capabilities of consuming the waste. They do not have the ability to reproduce more enzymes. Enzymes are complex chemicals produced by bacteria. They speed up chemical reactions without getting used themselves. Enzymes are not capable of consuming waste materials, such as sludge or ammonia. All that enzymes can do is convert complex wastes into simple wastes. Enzymes alone will not do the job, you still require bacteria to consume the waste material. An enzyme product only has half the power to get the job done right! Enzyme products shelf life is reduced when mixed with water, whereas Bacteria products will last up to 2 years.

Recommendation

Our Bacteria are living organisms which are susceptible to chemicals. When using both chemicals and our products, the chemicals kill the bacteria, affecting the bacteria performance. For this reason we strongly recommend to avoid the risk of cross contamination and misuse of the product in order to obtain the best results. PLEASE DO NOT MIX WITH CHEMICALS!

Bacteria Vs. Enzymes

The Difference between BNS products and others is that our products use naturally occurring beneficial bacteria selected to target and digest organic waste while ensuring odour decomposition occurs rather than simply masking the smells. Additionally, as our products are organic and biodegradable, using them guarantees that no harmful chemicals are flushed down our precious waterways.

Green Sleeve is a replaceable consumable suited to retro-fitting urinals (old and new). It easy fits into the existing outlet hole by way of our complete range of adaptors for all sizes of outlet holes found in bowl and trough urinals. It lasts up to three months maintaining urinal efficiency and presentation. The Green Sleeve locks in odours and prevents foreign matter entering pipe work by enabling cultured bacteria to digest urine and organic waste. It comes with copper inhibitor that helps to coat the pipe work preventing corrosion caused by the ammonia present in urine.

The Wee On Urinal Screen is an easy-to-fit, low cost, replaceable consumable suited to retro-fitting urinals (old and new). It fits onto the urinal base. The Wee On enables cultured bacteria to digest urine and organic waste. It comes with copper inhibitor which prevents corrosion through plumbing systems.

Biodegradability Standard
