Otima offers first class diagnostic facilities and surgical treatment in Gynaecology, Urology and Musculoskeletal specialties. Located in the heart of Harley Street, we benefit from extensive facilities: two purpose built general anaesthetic day case theatres, full Gynaecology and Urology diagnostics, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasonography, Fluoroscopy and EOS scanners. The building hosts 14 consulting suites alongside a treatment room for procedures.

We have brought together highly experienced general ob-stetricians and gynaecologists with subspecialist clinicians so even the most complex problems can be diagnosed and managed “in house” by the team. Uniquely, we are the only gynaecology chambers in London that has the facilities to care for women from an initial consultation, through imaging and diagnosis to treatment under one roof.

Otima Imaging brings together world-class leaders in gynaecological ultrasonography and early pregnancy care, abdominal and renal ultrasound, CT, fluoroscopy/digital X-Ray and EOS. Our practitioners have dedicated their careers to improving diagnostics for their patients.

The Women’s Ultrasound Service is based at Otima Health for Gynaecological and Pregnancy scanning, led by Professor Thomas Bourne whose research has formed the basis of many imaging guidelines both in the UK and internationally

Otima Health’s Musculoskeletal team includes orthopaedic surgeons, podiatric surgeons, pain consultants, sport medicine consultants, osteopaths and physiotherapists. The group provides strong capability in all musculoskeletal areas. There is a capability for conservative treatment and sub specialisation. Increasingly the team works as a group and links into Otima’s rehabilitation and Imaging services. Our bookings team are able to direct most musculoskeletal enquiries to the appropriate specialist.

Otima Urology

Otima Urology is a team of urology specialists providing high quality and sub-specialist services for patients with urological conditions. From initial consultation through todiagnosis and treatment, we provide an integrated pathway covering all therapeutic options.

Our consultants are acknowledged authorities in their fields, including lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) caused by prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostate cancer. They have researched and developed the latest diagnostic and therapeutic protocols, especially minimally invasive treatments which reduce the damage done by radical surgery.

What makes us unique is that all our consultants only use the latest imaging for diagnosis, far in advance of standard techniques. Furthermore, we offer a full range of therapies including active surveillance, minimally invasive therapies such as HIFU, cryotherapy. This includes radical treatments such as radiotherapy and robotic prostatectomy if appropriate.

Our experienced pharmacist works closely with our consultants to deliver optimal treatments to achieve the best outcomes.

Patients will benefit from receiving bespoke advice on their medications and round the clock communication.

Our pharmacy is competitively priced offering an in-house service to patients.

Prescriptions can be sent directly to the patients home, which is useful to avoid the usual in store waiting times, collecting repeat prescriptions and carrying bulky items.
