Introduction of Osstem Digital Guided Surgery: OneGuide
Implant placement requires accuracy, taking into consideration angulations and adjacent
vital structures. This has been a limiting factor in dentists incorporating implant surgery
into their practices, due to the inability to visualize those anatomical landmarks and
eliminate unexpected events during surgery. Computer-guided implant system, allows
the operator to perform implant surgery with a higher degree of precision and accuracy
than it’s possible with traditional methods. This technology uses CT scans to be used in
creating a 3-D image of the area in question. This information is the used to create a
surgical guide that determines the position of the proposed implant(s).This pre-treatment
methodology, allows for reduced risks, reduced surgical time and overall better patient
satisfaction.v

Universal usage of OneGuide system, with OneCAS , OneMS system
One guide system is a unique and reliable tool to be enable predictable implant guide
surgery and Prosthesis. Nevertheless, In the case of short vertical height remained in
posterior maxilla, Using surgical guide is challengeable. And also, It is hard to using guide
system with narrow implant In anterior region by is’s limited width. To overcome this
limitation, One CAS and One MS System is presented for using Oneguide system on
Maxillary posterior and narrow anterior area to place implant.

Complete arch implant placement and immediate loading using full digital workflow
Complete arch implant rehabilitation with immediate loading using fixed temporary
bridges has been widely performed over the past two decades, with a preference for
graftless solutions. However, the analogue workflow historically used for fabrication of
the immediate fixed temporary bridges is clinically demanding and time-consuming for
clinicians together with it often being difficult for weary patients after the surgery. With
the emergence and evolution of digital technology, not only is guided surgery now
possible with greater accuracy, more recently immediate loading with complete arch
temporary fixed bridges has also become possible with full digital workflow. This presen-
tation demonstrates use of Osstem OneGuide and TSIII system in the surgical treatment
of a terminally dentate or edentulous patient. It will also highlight a full digital workflow
in fabrication of an immediate fixed temporary bridge using an intraoral scanner (TRIOS)
and photogrammetry technology (PIC camera).

Anterior implant reconstruction with OneGuide
Anterior tooth rehabilitation has been a challenge to the clinicians because of aesthetic,
limitation of prosthetic options and remaining bone conditions. Especially immediate
implant placement and provisional restoration right after extraction of the anterior tooth
are hard to perform satisfactorily.
With OneGuide system, it is much more comfortable, safe and predictable to place the
fixture and provisional restoration than freehand installation. We can examine and plan
the whole surgical and prosthetic procedure before the actual surgery and finish the case
as planned with the surgical template and prefabricated provisional restoration.
I want to show the advantages of OneGuide system on anterior tooth replacement and
share some cases of my experience.
