that have not met us, here is the Customer Service Class
of 2012 magna cum laud with majors in Granite
Memorials 101, 201, 301, 404 w/ masters and minors in
relational excellence and negotiations; they are John,
Jeanne, Jessica, and Erin. This is an excerpt from their
graduation speeches earlier this year….
“We will do whatever it takes to ensure you have the
ability to communicate accurately and confidently with
your families. To that end we remind you as we look to
the possibilities of the universe before us… there are a
couple things you can do. You have heard us say it
before but we are in the business of education right?
Repetition is the mother of learning. So fellow students
of Granite Memorials 101, please remember to fill out
your order forms completely. Have you ever tried to
order something from Amazon with incomplete
information? How much more with your families’
memorials? Your exam will be to double-check
spellings and dates, complete each required field, and
oh by the way, when you do a rubbing… did you know
that if you cannot read it neither can we? Please make
sure that if we cannot read the rubbing either re-rub the
stone, photograph or make notes--or all of the above to
help us expedite your families’ orders. The successful
completion of these exams will propel you with honors
to GM201 and from there to infinity--and beyond!!”
That is all today class. We hear the busses pulling
around and the bell about to ring!!!

My trip to Africa was amazing and a life-changing
experience. You realize how fortunate we are to live here
in the United States. We made many new friends and had
lots of first experiences. I was able to do a “Happy Dance”
when I received my very first passport stamp, although the
customs officials were not quite as excited as I was.
