Solution Description: Optimized Asset Monitoring with Field Service for Upstream Petroleum combines the remote monitoring of upstream assets and field service capabilities from Infowave, allowing a company to increase operational efficiencies and achieve significant gains in productivity whilereducing unplanned outages and providing a proven ROI. As an example, the monitoring and control of the pipeline and associated assets is needed. Samples of variables monitored include flow, temperature, pressure, vortex, cathodicprotection, density, etc. Some pipelines don’t have any monitoring and need it, and others have SCADA that can be enhanced.
