Developing a concept to achieve the mission and goal
Mission and Goal S The initial goal of the program is to establish a network of
community leaders, teachers, counselors, and college advisors working together in building a network of guidance for students. The mission of Operation ACHIEVE is to provide a comprehensive program that uses peer-to-peer mentoring to assist students in college and financial aid planning and designing a course of action unique to each participant that will ensure students will be successful in college.
Academic Enrichment Setting a course of action
S By collaborating with the Counseling Department at ACHS to mentor the incoming freshman class, each students will be able to design a academic schedule that caters to their interests and needs, while challenging them to strive each and every day.
Cultural Enrichment College is a step towards achieving success
The Cultural Enrichment branch of Operation ACHIEVE works to ensure students are successful in college through enhanced awareness to collegiate studies, diversity, and environment.
Community Enrichment Connecting students with the community
S In the application, students are asked to complete an essay on how they would like to contribute towards the community. Operation ACHIEVE thrives on collaboration and support from academic administrators, business leaders, and community dignitaries and welcomes new ideas enriching the concept of the organization.
