High School Master Schedule

• Majority of High School Master Schedules were above 90% by August 1, 2010 due to the implementation of AERIES

• Programs verification was completed on August 24, 2010

• Daily updates to the Master Schedule provided to Secondary Division throughout Summer

Schools have sufficient teachersto accommodate the expectedstudent enrollment

• Human Resources will have available substitutes to ensure a successful school opening

Student attendance will be monitored on a daily basis to provide adjustments and staffing as needed

Final adjustments will be made by September 25, 2010
