Tasty and Healthy
Comenius Club and School European
Club Students prepared a special lesson opened to everyone who is
interested in healthy lifestyle.
Each lesson must be well prepared… We
started from learning about healthy food and principles of healthy nutrition.

Then we discussed the problem – why young people usually prefer junk food to healthy food. We think, that it is so beause:• healthy lifestyle is still not very popular• healthy food is considered as less tasty that fast food• many people think that preparing healthy meals is boring and time consuming• knowledge about nutrition and healt is insufficient
We decided to prove that healthy lifestyle is trendy, and preparing healthy – and tasty ! – meals can be a good fun ;)
Paulina prepared recipes for three kinds of smoothie (full of vitamins) and cookies (healthy and not fattening)
Banana Smoothie (by Paulina)INGREDIENTS:- four bananas- one glass of milk- two natural yoghurts- three spoons of honey- pinch of cinnamon
Green Smoothie (by Paulina)INGREDIENTS:- six kiwis- two apples- two natural yoghurts- pepper mint- sugarcane
Mandarine Smoothie (by Paulina)INGREDIENTS:- 1/2 kg of mandarines- one lemon- sugarcane- two natural yougurts
Cookies (by Paulina) – dietetic versionINGREDIENTS:- ½ kg of flour - 3 eggs- craneberries, raisins- oat flakes- olive oil- sugarcane- peanut butter- honey

Smoothie, cookies and herbal tee were consumed during the lesson about healthy (and tasty) food.
