Did you buy the people in your life the latest & greatest? How many remember Cabbage Patch Dolls?

That’s what everyone just had to give for Chrsitmas one year.

So many material gifts go the way those dolls did. Everybody wants them, then nobody cares!

There is one gift that is never outdated, and one place to get that gift. In this Christmas season I

want to remind you of that gift.

There will be great joy, rejoicing & celebrating! Why? Because the oppressive yoke, club & cudgel (rod) that beats them down and holds them down will be shattered. Look around us

today. The economic troubles are all around us. It seems like we’ve been at war in the Middle

East forever.

Then on top of all this comes the Fort Hood shooter, the police shootings & other

crimes fill our newspapers & TV screens.We have assurance there is relief. There will be great joy, rejoicing & celebrating. There is truly a

place for “One Stop Shopping.”

Isaiah tells us about the gift to end-all-gifts. As we mentioned earlier there is always something

new we’ve got to have. We see advertisements about a new electronic

device we just have to have. The toy that kids will play with & enjoy for many years to come. All these things that are going to

make our lives better & complete.

that is imposed by the government when we cast our vote on election day.
