careful Tenant selection We have an extensive tenancy application process and include both background and reference checks to be sure that the tenant selected is capable of paying the rent and looking after your property. We also have industry leading systems that help us to identify both quality tenants and those not so desirable tenants. We are well trained in asking the right questions and in doing the correct checks on all tenancy applications.

Detailed condition Reports Before a tenant moves into the property your property manager will complete an inspection with a detailed report. photographs of the property are also taken at the commencement of the tenancy. At the end of the tenancy these documents help ensure your property is in the same condition as it was at the start of the tenancy with fair wear and tear considered. these reports also ensure that the tenant’s bond is disbursed appropriately after completing a thorough vacating inspection.

council Rates and water consumption Accounts our office can arrange for both council rates and /or water consumption accounts to be directed to our office for payment from your rental income.

having Your investment work for You our goal is to increase your income and ensure your investment is working for you! We make sure that you will enjoy the highest possible rent by conducting regular rental reviews. these reviews take into account: current market rents of similar properties, local vacancy rate, condition of the property, quality of tenants and the length of tenancy.
