As such it focuses on improving your ability to plan, design, manage, control and improve business processes throughout manufacturing and service organizations. The course will focus upon gaining a more in depth and working knowledge of innovative concepts and methods in the area of quality management, Baldrige assessment, and Lean Six Sigma within leading domestic and multi-national organizations. The increasing demands of the global enterprise for process and performance improvement make these skills essential to progress of business organizations and its leadership.
