PWS 1.3. Preventive Maintenance Services Performs Building facility and equipment maintenance, IAW manufacturer’s service manuals and technical data or the functional requirements, as
prioritized and identified by the facility manager All plumbing issues and repair of doors, faucets, and laboratory equipment.
Daily facility operations upkeep including building inspection, landscaping, and janitorial services. PWS 1.3.2.1 Non-Real Property
Performs maintenance and repair of cubicle furniture and disassembles, relocates, and assembles cubicle furniture as required. Responsible for maintaining logs and records of all facility and equipment maintenance requests and prioritizing work IAW mission requirements. Read both electronic schematics and building blueprints. Perform minor repairs to the facility, of not more than 50 hours per repair
Replacement of ceiling tiles, replacement of carpet tiles, minor interior and exterior paint jobs, repair of minor drywall damage, pressure wash of concrete, and utility work not requiring a certified electrician or plumber.
Completed minor construction task to modify Electronic Warfare Laboratory floor enabling shipping out lab of equipment with 5-ton forklift Monitor and inspect installation of single wide personnel security door to improve facility operations security of classified projects conducted in
the laboratory. PWS 1.3.3 Service Calls – CLIN 0002
Maintenance and monitoring of HVAC, security, and environmental systems. Troubleshoots electrical circuits and performs repair at the component level. Performs diagnostics, troubleshooting, equipment power connection,
installation, removal, and movement of Power Distribution Units. Completed Facility Operations electrical task to rebuild ceiling lamp assembly for the laboratory and install new emergency and regular ballast
lamps. PWS 1.3.3.1 Emergency Work
Coordinates support with contracted outside service personnel as necessary for maintenance resolution, including escort of un-cleared personnel for onsite service.
PWS 1.4 Over & Above (O&A) – CLIN 0003 Provide COR with quotes/estimates for major laboratory repair and improvement projects.
