Roy Scout Troop 193 of Flat-'bush celebrated its 20th anniversary yesterday at a gala dinner, dance and minstrel show arranged by the Scouts at the iBrass Rail, Flatbush Ave. and Kevins St.
District Attorney Edward S. I Silver told the Scouts and
their 20 Oguests that of all the of juvenile dellmiuency
reported in Brooklyn, not one has involved a Boy Scout. He said Scouting is a ready-
made remedy to delinquency, and that it practices brotherhood o'2 weeks a year.
