Pick-up OrdersYour catering order will be ready for pick-up at the time that hasbeen noted on your proposal. Our kitchen closes at 2:00 pm onweekdays and 1:00 pm on Saturday.

Delivery OrdersSaturdays in DecemberOn Saturday December 6th, 13th and 20th we will be deliveringmany catering orders throughout the metro area. We will provideyou with a delivery time by 6:00 pm on the Friday before your orderdate. Deliveries will arrive between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. and scheduledwith a 2 hour delivery window. Please note that we will be “sold out”on all dates, so please contract for our services early.

This year we are distributing our Holiday Menu starting in early September. You will have the opportunity to reserve your celebration date before everyone else figures out that the peakdates are limited in this year’s calendar. Give Roberta or Adam acall as soon as you can so that they may work on your menu andbudget. Planning early is the best stress reliever!

BartendersDuring the Holiday Season, we can furnish a Bartenderfor those clients that are using our catering, party rentalsand service staff.

LinensWe boast a wonderful array of table linens to makeevents look elegant. These come to us through a thirdparty supplier. We must confirm your final linen order atleast 10 days prior to your December Holiday date.

Final Guest CountsPlease request that your guests respond early enough tobe able to provide us with your final guest count asstated in your contract. If your sales associate does nothear from you by the noted date, we will consider theguest count that is stated on your proposal to be yourfinal confirmed guest count.
