ESPACE MONTEREYThis building’s design, entrusted to the architects' firm Tetra Kayser & Associés, is based on three majormotivations. First of all, good integration of the building in the city centre through an aesthetic identitybased on a dialogue between natural stone and non-reflective glass elements. Secondly, the quality of thework environment with a focus on natural light, climatic comfort, maximum flexibility and adaptability of thework spaces. Finally, environmental concerns concerning both the quality of the surroundings and thetechnology used with regard to heating, sound and energy.
