The following pages contain candy number cards (numbers and number words 1 to 100) and math mats. Pre-pare for student use by laminating each sheet of number cards and each math mat. Cut out each number card.

Cards can be used with math mats as well as candy bingo.

Mats are great to use in math centers or for whole class activities. Spinners have also been added to the unit to use with the mats if desired.

October Math BingoOctober Math BingoOctober Math Bingo Print out enough bingo cards (next page) for every student to have 1 card. Students are then to fill each blank square with a number between 1 to 100 (or any numbers you choose such as 1-50; even numbers 2-60) randomly on their cards. Give each student a sheet of the cover markers and have them cut them apart to use during the game. Calling numbers: You may use the num-ber cards in this unit to ‘draw’ or you may create math problems. If you create math problems, students must have the correct answer on their boards to cover with a mark.

Typical bingo rules apply. Reward bingo winner with some yummy Halloween candy!

One suggested use, have students spin to get the numbers of an addition, subtraction or multiplication problem and use mats to solve them. Great for math centers or whole class activities.

This section of this unit contains materials for students to use when practicing their graphing skills.

Laminate the candy pages and cut out each piece of candy. Place the candy in a ‘candy bag’. Have students pull from the bag a predetermined number of candy pieces from the candy bag and graph their results on the graphing worksheet.
