WEEKLY RECIPE! Luisa Conti’s Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

INGREDIENTS

Large bananas (3)

Sugar (¾ cup)

Egg (1)

Baking soda (1 tsp)

Flour (1½ cups)

Butter, melted (1/3 cup)

Milk chocolate chips (1 cup)

Baking powder (1 tsp)

DIRECTIONS

Mash bananas, add sugar and slightly beaten egg. Add butter and mix

well. Combine remaining ingredients. Fold wet into dry. Pour into

lined cupcake pan. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes until done.

outreach program can help.

St. Francis Xavier and Immaculate Heart of Mary Parishes are

hosting a Grief Support Program on Wednesday evenings at

Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish. There are 3 separate sessions to

choose from:

1. Wed. October 13 – Wed. November 17, 2021 from 7 - 8:30pm

2. Wed. January 5 – Wed. February 9, 2022 from 7 - 8:30pm

3. Wed. March 2 – Wed. April 6, 2022 from 7 – 8:30pm
