People· Handled over 71,900 requests for help from those in need; of these, 3,000+ requests for help were from veteran households

· 150,000+ referrals

· 300+ total households given support with their CalFresh applications and obtained benefits

· 186,300+ online searches through our website

CollaborateFacilitated collaboration between

agencies, Funders, and the community to direct resources to

where they are needed most

Regional Impact· Partnered with 1,100+ agencies, funders, and County departments

· Led programs to enhance community capacity, including Coordinated Entry

· Supported training and operational efficiency, including: a) HUD grant applications, b) Homeless bed inventory database

InformServed as the community’s
