To arrive• By bus through « Promenade des

anglais »– Buy a one day ticket (4 euros)

before taking the bus (you have to stamp your ticket on each bus)

– Get bus 98 to Gare routière– At gare routière, take bus 100

direction Monaco, check if the bus stop at Villefranche

– Stop at St Estève for station zoologique, hôtel Flore and hôtel de la Darse

– Or Stop at Octroi for hôtel Provençal

• By train– From the airport you have to

– Take the train to Villefranche (direction Vintimille but be careful not all trains stop at Villefranche) - stamp your ticket before taking the train

From the train station « Villefranche sur mer », take the steps (not much) to the sea shore, follow the sea shore to the town. Take the path way around the fortress along the sea and arrive at Port de la Darse. Then follow the red path on the map

If you take the bus. Stop at St Estève. Take bd Princesse Grace de Monaco on your left and when you see the stairs take them.Few hundreds steps but a nice view (do not worry, there is an alternative route to go back up).At the Port of la Darse, turn right until you find the Station Zoologique. If you turn left, you will see other buildings from the University.
