Oakmont Delivers a Piece of the Pie to Local Alzheimer's Organizations During the holidays, each Oakmont community hosted a bake sale, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting organizations that work to find a cure to Alzheimer’s. Our talented culinary teams prepared decadent pies for seasonal celebrations in support of this effort. We are pleased to report that company wide, nearly 700 pies were sold, which resulted in $3460 in funds raised for Alzheimer’s organizations. We hope that you had the opportunity to enjoy one of Oakmont’s delicious pies; thank you to all those who participated. Happy New Year to all of our residents and families, we look forward to continuing to serve you in 2019!

We are pleased to introduce Fermin, a wonderful Segovia driver who has been on our team for eight years! Before Fermin came to Segovia, he drove tracker trailers cross country. He was drawn to this position because of the residents. He loves connecting with them and meeting their families. Fermin is always willing to help out, and often supports our residents with technology questions. When Fremin is not at work, he attends night college, where is he studying to obtain a degree in financial accounting. Fermin

loves spending his free time with his son, Jesse. Together, they enjoy hiking, baseball and playing video games. Fermin is a tremendous asset to our community, we are grateful to call him a member of our team!
