A. Achievements during April, 2017 :

(i) The Airports Authority of India (AAl) has earned a profit of Rg,247,36 crolgeafter deduction of tax during the month of April ,2017.

(ii) Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi flagged off Maiden UDANflight from Shimla- Delhi undel the Regional Connectivity Scheme on27.04.2017.

(iii) Hon'ble prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi flagged off Kadapa-

Hyderabad and Nanded- Hyderabad flight under Regional Connectivity

Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat hoisted

Chennai International Airport received the Tamil Nadu Tourism Award- 2016

in the category of 'Best Tourist Friendly Airport'. This award is conferred by

The following applications are used by AAI aq a part of e-Governance. :

E-office :

This is a part of an office automation using which electronic file movement is achieved

and highly ecological alternate to physicat fites. At present this .is implemenled in all

airporti in lnOia. Salient features are tiacking, monitoring, retrieval and archival. Hosted

in BSNL data center.

Enterprise Resource Planning application implemenled and has been rolled out across

all tickets sold by the agency.Incentive is not linked to achievement of any target.
