She wasprecocious in a good sense. As a teenager she was the kind of person you wanted as a friend. There for you, steadfast and faithful and always of good cheer. She grew into a caring adult. Sensitive to others needs. The kindof personality that puts strangers at ease with her smile and softvoice. An upbeat, good person you could trust. When you werewith her, feeling good was easy.Look for your Mary Sunshine. She maybe found where you work, or perhaps at your church or,if your lucky, around your own dinner table.

The secret is out!Northeast Factory Direct is the place to go for

big-ticket items like sofas, hot tubs and rec roomaccessories.

Northeast Factory Direct is also the place to gofor solid wood cabinets that will bring you thekitchen of your dreams.

Northeast Factory Direct. It is the place the bigbox retailers don’t want you to know about.

You could remodel four kitchens with brandnew, high quality cabinets from Northeast FactoryDirect for about the same price you would pay toredo just one kitchen with the same cabinets fromanother retailer.

Northeast Factory Direct also sells items likesofas, sectionals, bedroom suites, hot tubs, pooltables, pools, mattresses, outdoor fireplaces and ac-cessories for substantially less than you’ll find atany other store in the area.

What is the secret?“We’ve been in business for just under 10 years

and most of our customers have come to us by re-ferral,” reports Alex Nemet, owner of NortheastFactory Direct.

“My formula is simple. I deal in volume andwe don’t have a fancy showroom floor. I’ve cutout the expensive overhead and my staff doesn’twork on commission. There is never any pres-sure to buy and I encourage customers to check around at other places to comparison shop. I do that because I know they’ll be back. The big guys don’tlike me, but my custQomers sure appreciate the savings.”

His 25,000 square foot, brightly lighted warehouse houses anextensive selection of some of the same furniture, leisure itemsand high quality cabinetry that Alex says can be found at a num-ber of large retailers. But, the items at Northeast Factory Directare priced at thousands of dollars below regular retail.

Just look at the quality and savings:“We have a full kitchen cabinet set that is going for just

$2,900,” Alex reports, pointing to a bright caramelized glazedwhite set. “These cabinets would sell for as much as $12,000somewhere else.”

A sixperson hot tubthat comes fully loadedwith two pumps, 50stainless steel jets, LEDlighting and a waterfall, typically retails for$7,000. At NortheastFactory Direct you canget it for just $3,800.

Looking for a new bedroom set? Northeast Factory Direct offers their Manhattan Bedrooms set—whichincludes a queen size bed, dresser with mirror, chest and nightstand with dovetail drawers, wood on wood drawerglides, chrome hardware, and felt lined top drawers—for just $1,595.

A super thick pillow top queen-size mattress and box spring that normally retails for $1,200, is just $399.Their 10-piece Louis Philipe dining suite includes a dining table and leaf, set of six upholstered chairs, lighted hutch and a buffet is offered for just $1,595.

Elsewhere, expect to pay $4,995 for the same thing.

“My formula is simple. Ideal in volume and we

don’t have a fancyshowroom floor. I’ve cut

out the expensive overheadand my staff doesn’t work

on commission. There isnever any pressure to buyand I encourage customers

to check around at otherplaces to comparison shop.

I do that because I knowthey’ll be back. The

big guys don’t like me,but my customers sure

appreciate the savings.”- Alex Nemet, owner

Northeast Factory Direct

The Secret is Out! You can save 60-70 per cent on solid wood cabinets without having topurchase a club membership or pay a middleman at Alex Nemet’s Northeast Factory Direct.

And if keeping the family entertained is whatyou had in mind during the warm weather months, then add a shuffleboard game for just $995, afoosball table for $100, and a three-in-one pokertable and chairs for just $999. Finish that mediaroom with leather theater seating starting at just$999 and you’ll have enough money left over tosplurge on the high definition big screen you’vebeen longing for.

There are also plenty of leather and microfibersectionals, couches, chairs and loveseats to pickfrom in colors to suit most decorating styles.

It’s important to note that Northeast Factory Direct is not a club and thereare no membership fees. It’s just a simple format for presenting customerswith a simple way to save huge amounts of money.

Alex started out small and grew as the demand for what he could offer in-creased. Today, Alex’s brand of doing business has been so well received, he’swon the Weatherhead 100 Award for Fastest Growing Business three times.

“Other stores would like our customers to believe that we’re a flyby-nightoperation because of the savings we offer, but I think our track record speaksvolumes about us,” Alex said. “I only buy high quality products and we getvery few returns.” They also offer a 100-percent satisfaction guarantee.

Since Northeast Factory Direct added top-quality kitchen cabinets to theirCleveland West Side showroom last year, Alex can’t keep them in stock.

“We’re moving them out as fast as they come in,” he says. “We’re buying bythe truckload so we can offer savings of 60-to 70-percent compared to the bigbox stores for a better quality cabinet. These are 100-percent solid wood cabi-nets, not particleboard or MDF fiberboard. Nobody is going to touch our savingsand quality, I don’t care who it is. People can bring in their quotes from the home

improvement stores and I know we’re going to be half.”Here’s a tip: Call ahead and make an appointment to get a quote on cabi-

nets. Although you’re always invited to browse Northeast Factory Direct’shuge warehouse of other products, Alex can’t give his personal attention to alarge walk-in crowd of kitchen remodelers.

“We’re selling an average of three to four kitchens a day,” he explains.“We’re so overwhelmed that we have to do it by appointment. But we aretaking appointments seven days a week.”

When you make your appointment, you’ll be asked to bring your measure-ments with you. That way, you can discuss exactly what pieces you’ll need to buildyour kitchen. Design help is also available, as well as recommended installers.

“We are not one of those clubs that charge you for the privilege of shop-ping,” Alex says. “We just have a simple format for presenting customers witha way to save a lot of money.”
