I don’t understandwhen people say theyhate the taste ofwater. How do youhate the taste ofwater? To me, it has,and always will, tastelike nothing. Maybe arefreshing nothing.Maybe a cold nothing.Maybe a hint of earthyor ‘chloriny’ nothing.Similarly, I don’t getwhy people like thetaste of a certain‘type’ of water. That’sjust me. But from what Igather, its not anuncommonphenomenon. Thething is, you needwater. You need a lotof it. And if you’reworking out, trying tolose weight or behealthier, you reallyneed it.Now, I want to bustsome H2O myths!1. You cannot drink toomuch water. Unless youdrink an entire
swimming pool in a fewminutes, but that ishighly unrealistic.2. You get enoughwater with the food youeat. Nope, this is false. You need to drink aglass or two with eachmeal minimum.
3. We don’t all need6-8 glasses of water. Agood rule of thumb isdrink a glass beforeand after a meal. Orask your doctor justhow much water youreally need.
To make water moreappetizing maybe addlemon to it, or flavoredpackets. Also, vitaminwater has variousflavors of water. Whichever way you like it,drink it. It’s all good!

As a member of ourplanet it is our duty tomake sure ourenvironment is clean atall times. Not only for us,but for our futuregeneration.
For our school, I think weneed to look at our eco-friendliness and create a‘go green pledge’ toinspire students andpeople around us.
A pledge is like ananthem except that it isshorter and spoken, notsung.
For example,
‘I pledge to do my best tobe honest and fair
Friendly and helpful
Courageous and strong’

A designer, called Priestman, has come up with anew way to travel around. He says, that theproblem with traveling in trains are not the speedthey go in, but the train stations themselves. Theidea is, that you are basically on a movingplatform, a tram, that people go on and the tramcomes right up to that train. He says, "The tramsspeed up and the high-speed train slows downand they join, so they dock at high speed,"explains Priestman.
"Then, wheneveryone's done
that, the doors shutand then the trainsseparate and the
tram then goesback into the city ortown and picks upmore passengersand drops off.”

True life exam stress… Real life story: Don't let exams stress you out!I’m a transition year studentand I sat my junior certificatelast year. Teachers repeated thesame sentence every day:“Your junior cert is in so manydays/ weeks/ months” and thatmade me panic about theexams.
I studied but it felt like I wasn’tdoing enough. I felt as if theexams were going to be on topof me before I knew it.
My mock exams were inFebruary. I studied very hardfor these exams but I was stillstressed out. I hardly slept atnight with worry and my eatingwas disgraceful. I wouldn’tmind if these were my realexams but it was just mymocks! Well, I got throughthem anyway.
When I got my results back, Istill wasn’t happy with myself.I honestly thought that I coulddo better. So what did I do,only get more stressed out! Isuffered from migraines everyweek thanks to not gettingproper sleep. I really did putmy head down to work though.
Soon I realised it was actuallymy junior cert. The day beforemy exams I felt sickness
coming on. I really couldn’tbelieve it: I was very weak, had sore bones and sufferedterribly with migraines. However, I thought it wouldjust be a day thing. I had theEnglish paper on the Mondayand I couldn't look at the paperproperly, but I did what Icould do. I got so upsetbecause I felt as if I didn’tmake a good effort of thispaper. I went home in tears.
I went to my bed that night atabout 8pm to get ready foranother hard day. I was sickfor most of the week, allbecause I ran myself into suchbad conditions.
I finished my junior certexams and I was just soannoyed for putting myselfunder too much stress andpressure. I got my results inSeptember last year and I wasso surprised with my results. Idid particularly well!

Three wise kings set forth fromtheir hometowns to the townof Bethlehem bringing theirgifts to the Holy Infant Jesusduring the first Christmas. They all started traveling atthe same time. The first wiseking traveled south at 3 milesper hour. The second wiseking traveled west at 2.2miles per hour. The third wiseking traveled north at 3.5miles per hour. After theytraveled 8 hours, they met atone place east ofBethlehem. When they hadrested for a few hours, theytraveled west together for 18
miles until they reached thetown of Bethlehem, and paidhomage to the Holy InfantJesus. What were thedistances from Bethlehem tothese three hometowns ofthe wise kings? Take notethat the routes taken bythese kings may not benecessarily the shortest pathto Bethlehem.
