Childrens day

The child represents the future of humanity. Children must be raised in a spirit of love, understanding, patience, and friendship between people so that they all grow up happy, do what they love, and in future become wonderful parents transferring same love and positive traits to their children. To celebrate the joy of childhood, Arcgate conducted Children’s day festival at its premises. There were tons of activities and arrangements for the children and their parents, and everyone had a blast. Children also got the opportunity to visit the work stations - the joy and thrill on their faces were something to look at. It was a joyful and fun �lled day for all the attendees and they all took home life long memories with them.

Airtel Delhi Half Marathon 2019: On 19thOctober 2019, Prakash Mali ran his 9th half marathon and successfully completed it within 2 hour 41 minutes.

In Prakash Mali’s own words: “Good things come slow, especially in distance running.”Adani Ahmedabad Marathon 2019 On 24th November 2019, I ran my 10th Half Marathon with best performance and I finished 21.1km in 2 hours 22 minutes. In the beginning, it was not a good start and I was struggling in the first 5kms, but I got the rhythm after 7kms and everything was accomplished how I wanted.

Go Green 200 km Brevet: Sunday, 3rd November 2019Prakash Mali successfully finished 8th double hundred (200km) cycling ride.It was a new route Udaipur > Gomati > Udaipur. He finished 200km ride almost solo at 4:45pm in evening.

Neha Rathore is a boxing champ and we are so proud of her. Her story in her own words: Returning to boxing feels like coming back home. This tournament took me back where it all started and made me feel this is where I belong. My memories are rooted in adventure, some in strife. Today it is again born out of the heart and the joy locked therein is immeasurable. It makes me truly wonder what have become of the child that I once was.

Dr. Arpita Jain achieved a personal milestone when she was invited as a panelist at RN Global University, Bikaner. There were only 5 panelists and she was one of them. She gave presentation to a crowd of 200 scholars on the topic “Emerging Trends in Arena of Human Resource and leadership Traits”. Indeed, a very proud moment for her!

Amazing travel Story submittedby Kuldeep Patidar!!Any event party needs a willful people that really wants to go out and enjoy unlike any GOA TRIP with friends (which never happens LOL). So the day decided was on 16th Nov (after having a deep discussion for 2 weeks). The place decided was Bujra which is situated on the outskirts of Udaipur. The place itself is beautiful, exotic and so unique. We set-up our own Jugad barbeque made out of Bricks and Iron rods. We also set-up our own campfire which was very rejuvenating since the weather was cold. We prepared traditional Rajasthani food - Daal Bati “Jo maane sab ne badya laagi”. Also, we had two special chefs with us - Aasif Sheikh sir and Javed Ahmed Sheikh sir who prepared Mutton korma, which was out of the world.

Alok Nahar has shared detailed story of his recent trip to Keoladeo Bird Sanctuary and Fatehpur Sikri.Migratory birds coming to Rajasthan were in news recently not for good but some seriously alarming reasons. Bird watching being a hobby already, we decided to catch the scene at Keoladeo Bird Sanctuary, Bharatpur where we spotted some amazing bird species like Painted Storks, Black Headed Ibis, Oriental scops owl, Woodpeckers, and many more. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to spot some amazing wild animals species like 'Cheetal', 'Sambhar', 'Neel Gai', Wild Boar, and Jackal. The only thing we were short of was a zoom lens in our camera! During the return journey we managed to visit an important destination of the Mughal era in Indian history, the Fatehpur Sikri Fort.

Himanshu Suthar received Kota Pride Achievement Award 2019 for Best Poetry.

Piyush Kulshreshtha and Rajaram Meghwal have shared a really inspiring story of their friend Dalpat Singh Chundawat who got married on 20th November. He set an example for all the youngsters of today’s generation by refusing all the cash and gifts offered to him during the marriage. This amazing story was published in several newspapers. He has made us all proud and we wish him a very happy and blessed married life!

पाने से पहले देना ज§री ह ै–एक बार एक आदमी रेिग¦ान (Desert) म� भटक गया. उसका पानी ख¨ ए दो िदन हो गये थ.े उसके शरीर की ताकत और िह©त दोनो ंजवाब देने लगे. उसे एहसास हो गया िक अगर जª ही उसे पानी नही ंिमला तो उसकी मृ¬ु िनि®त है.कड़ी धपू म� भटकते ए उसे दूर एक झोपंड़ी िदखाई दी. उसे लगा शायद यह उसका ¯म है, लेिकन िफर भी वो िदशा म� बढ़न ेलगा. जब वो पास पँचने लगा वो उसका शक यकीन म� बदल गया. उसन ेअपनी रही- सही िह©त जटुाई और िगरते-पड़ते झोपड़ी तक पँचा. झोपडी म� कोई नही ंथा, देखने से लगता था वहा ँकाफ़ी समय से कोई नही ंरह रहा था. आदमी को बड़ी िनराशा ई लेिकन िफर भी मन मार के अदंर घुस गया. ³ा पता थोड़ा बत पानी िमल जाये तो जान बच जाये.अचानक उसन ेदेखा िक झोपड़ी के एक कोने म� एक है́ पंप (Hand-pump) लगा आ है. इस रेिग¦ानी इलाके और वीराने म�, झोपंड़ी के अदंर है́ पंप ? उसे आ®य  आ. िफर उसन ेसोचा ³ा पता जमीन के नीचे पानी का कोई छोटा सा µोत हो, जहा ँसे पानी िनकालने के िलए ये Hand-pump लगाया गया हो. आदमी ने आव देखा न ताव, धड़ाधड़ है́ पंप चलाने लगा. लेिकन पानी नही ंिनकला. वो लगातार चलाता रहा जब तक वो एकदम थक के चूर न हो गया. थकान और कमजोरी से उसे च·र आन ेलगे और वो जमीन पर िगरकर लेट गया. उसे लगने लगा अब अतं दूर नही.ंलेटे-लेटे ही उसन ेदेखा, झोपंड़ी के दूसरे कोने म� पानी से भरी ई एक बोतल रखी ई है. वो आदमी उछलकर बठै गया. घुटनो ंके बल चलते ए वो उस बोतल तक पँचा. वाकई Bottle म� पानी भरा आ था और ऊपर से ढ·न भी लगा था िजससे पानी वाि»त न हो जाये. आदमी ने फटाफट बोतल का ढ·न हटाया और पानी पीने ही वाला था िक उसकी नजर बोतल पर िचपके कागज पर गयी. बोतल पर िचपके कागज पर िकसी ने हाथ से िलखा था – इस पानी का इ¦मेाल ह�डपंप चालू करने म� करो.यहा ँसे जात ेसमय बोतल को िफर से भरना मत भूलना. आदमी सोच म� पड़ गया िक वो ³ा करे. वो एक तरफ चाह ेतो पानी पीकर चलता बने या दूसरी तरफ बोतल पर िलखी बात को माने. मान लो ये पानी Hand-pump म� डाला मगर ³ा गारंटी िक पानी आएगा ही ? अगर Hand-pump खराब आ तो ? ³ा पता पाइपलाइन अदंर से लीक हो या पानी का अडंर½ाउंड µोत अब तक सूख ही चुका हो ? पर कौन जाने बोतल पर िलखी बात सही हो ? िफर भी ³ा ये Risk लेना उिचत है ? अगर ये बात गलत िस¿ ई तो शायद जीवन म� दबुारा पानी के दश न न ही हो.ं कापंत ेहाथो ंसे उसन ेआिखर वो पानी ह�डपंप म� डाला. दो घड़ी आखँ बंद करके भगवान से ¤ाथ ना की िफर ह�डपंप चलाना शु§ िकया. उसन े4-5 हाथ ही चलाये िक पानी गड़गड़ान ेसी आवाज़ ई और Á, िनम ल, ठंडा मीठा पानी नलके से िगरन ेलगा. उसन ेजी भरकर, पेट भर पानी िपया. हाथ-मुह धोये, िसर के बालो ंको तर िकया और तÂृ होकर भगवान को धÃवाद िदया. अब उसम� नयी आशा और शिÅ का संचार आ था. उसन ेझोपड़ी म� चारो ंतरफ नजर दौड़ाई तो उसे उस इलाके का एक नÆा, एक प�िसल िमली. नÆा देखकर उसे समझ आया िक वो िकसी नजदीकी ब¦ी से अभी दूर है. आदमी को सÇ आ िक चलो कम से कम उसे अपनी िÉित तो पता चली और ये भी िक उसे अब िकस िदशा म� बढ़ना ह.ैउसन ेअपनी पानी की बोतल भरी. झोपड़ी वाली पानी की बोतल म� पुनः पानी भरा, ढ·न लगाया. िफर बोतल कोने म� रखने से पहले, बोतल पर लगे िनदËश के नीचे िलखा – ” मेरा िवÌास करो ! ये तरीका वाकई काम करता है ”– यही हमारे जीवन की भी कहानी है. जीवन म� पाने से पहले हम� देने का सोचना चािहए. ये कहानी हम� िसखाती है िक देने म� हमारा िवÌास प·ा होना चािहए.– उस आदमी को नही ंपता था िक उसके िरÎ का ³ा पिरणाम होगा, लेिकन िफर भी वो आगे बढ़ा. वो िबना फल सोचे, िवÌास के सहारे आगे बढ़ा.– Life की हर अÁी चीज़ और सपन ेपानी की जसेै ह�. पहले अपने Life को पानी देना होगा मतलब िह©त, लगन और मेहनत डालकर िवÌास से आग ेबढ़ते रहना होगा, बदले म� आपको कई गुना पानी मतलब Success वापस िमलेगी.
