SHOW FEATURES

2016 is the Nova Scotia Designer Crafts Council’s 40th Anniversary as a charitable non-

profit. Join us as we celebrate this milestone with a special presentation of selected works

from this year’s XL/Excel NSDCC master artisan exhibition, the introduction of our newly

expanded Designer Craft Shop, the launch of 40 Days of Craft raffle ticket sales, and a

surprise announcement as we open our doors for this year’s Christmas Craft Show on

November 18th!

Many talented exhibitors, local guilds and members of the NSDCC will be demonstrating

their skills at the 2016 Christmas Craft Show. See the demonstration schedule at the east

end of the Cunard Event Centre for a list of fibre artists, wood carvers, metal workers and

glass artists sharing their craft throughout the weekend.

The NSDCC will present our 8th annual Designer Interiors Talk sponsored by East Coast

Living (ECL). Featured in booth 723 in the central area of the Cunard Event Centre at

2:00pm Friday and Saturday, ECL will host a different designer each day. Each designer will

show you how to incorporate fine craft from exhibitors into your home and office décor.

Once this weekend’s celebrations of craft are over, don’t forget to check out our newly

expanded Designer Craft Shop at 1099 Marginal Road, Suite 116, and the NS Designer Craft
