Due to popular request, we are adding lunch-time hours, listed below. Monday–Friday 5:30–9 a.m. 11 a.m.–1 p.m. 4–7 p.m. (Close @ 6:30 p.m. on Fridays) Sunday 8–12 p.m. SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASSES Get Downhill Ready! Be prepared for that first day on the mountain this winter! This class is intended to help families, individuals and athletes develop strength and endurance to improve their skiing/snowboarding ability. Participants will have the option to go on a ski trip at the end of the program. Oct. 30- Nov. 15 Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5 p.m. Class will be held in Studio 1 $90/S&F members; $108/guests Register at [email protected]. Note: There is a four person minimum to run class. TRX Suspension Training Simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durabil- ity, balance, flexibility and core stability. Small group will meet for an in- tense 45-minute workout. TRX is great for any age or ability. Mondays, 8:30 – 9:15 a.m. Tuesdays, 5-5:45 p.m. Wednesdays, 10:45-11:30 a.m. Refer 3 New Members to the JCC Sports & Fitness Center by the End of the Year and this iPad will be Yours!* It’s easy to do. Core Bike ConditioningBuild Your Stamina & Core Strength in this six-week session. Led by cer-tified Pilates Instructor Jen Duffley each 75 minute class combines Spin-ning with Pilates. You’ll work your body through cardio and strengthchallenges, fine tuning of the intrinsic muscles, and engaging proper pos-ture on and off the bike. Half of class is on the spin bikes and the other onPilates Allegro Reformers. Participants must have previous Pilates Allegroexperience. No spin experience necessary.

Introductory Pilates Ski Conditioning/Circuit Training These sessions are sure to give you the tools you need to give you the BESTSKI SEASON yet! Taught by Samantha Tanenholtz, Pilates instructor andformer competitive skier. Make use of the Allegro, jump boards, Tower,chair, BOSU, rotating disk and other tools for leg strength, balance, en-durance and core strength.

Group Pilates Fundamentals This eight-session series is an introduction to Pilates on the Reformerapparatus. No prior Pilates experience necessary. The course is designedto prepare participants to attend Group Pilates Reformer Beginnerclasses.

She comesfrom a Classical Pilates approach, and she is eager tolearn our styles and adapt to new challenges. You maysee her soon in one of your classes, taking or substituteteaching.
