How did you use media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages

Construction• In the construction of our music video I used a camera to

record the entire music video, all the shots were taken from the same camera. We also used other equipment to keep the camera steady such as a tripod and a fig rig. We also used a camera to take shots of our artist for the ancillary work.

• In the construction of our ancillary work, we used the medias technology of Photoshop to visually make our digipaks.

• We also used weebly/wix to make our website from scratch, with no template used making it original.

Research

• I used the internet explorer to research theory and conventions of music videos. I used websites such as slide share to look at other students work as inspiration and notes on theory's.

• I also used youtube to watch a range of music videos in order to gain ideas,inspiration,and get a basic understanding of what a music video of my genre should be like and what conventions it should follow.

Planning

• In order to plan, I used PowerPoint to present my ideas, I took notes on this app,and embedded it to my blog through slideshare.

• I also used technologies such as emaze,padlet,and prezi, to present my ideas, plans and group work that we had to visually present.

• I also used powtoon to present an animatic story board to present the shots we were planning to use in our music videos.

Evaluations

• In the evaluation stage, I used the media technology of slideshare,in order to present my ideas onto the computer and put them on the blog. I used PowerPoint to demonstrate my ideas and then put it into slideshare to embed in my blog.

• I used blogger to put my ideas up and allow my teachers to see them.
