According to KPMG, social media is used to share the latest trends and topics in the industry, globally. KPMG can use the media to get the feeling of how they can do better in finding hot topics and share the information and views of other similar projects.

LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PERSON/EMPLOYER TO FIT

THE RIGHT JOBAn employer in the corporate industries can use the social media to browse around and seek information about the potential employee’s information that was not used in the interview.

Jobseekers have a hard time finding suitable employers in this age of employment uncertainty. Networking through the social media is a means of finding like-minded jobseekers who may have inside information that can be used in aiding your search

CHANGE IN SOCIAL MEDIA LANDSCAPE

The landscape of social media has changed greatly. At first these sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others used these medias to keep in touch with friends and families and pass on secrets to others. Once the Corporate World found out what they could learn and who they can find from social media outlets, the way has changed for employers and jobseekers to meet each other and share information.

CONCLUSIONSocial Media helps bring people together. It brings people together to find emotional bonding, old friends from long ago, new friends and just your current pals.Social Media is now bringing together the right individual for the right job. It is an amazing wonder.
