Itrsquos hard to believe that summer is half over
This year on July 18th the Chamber awarded six $1000 scholarships to local high school seniors at our Annual Scholarship Awards Dinner generously sponsored by the Counseling Center at Yorktown at VittoriarsquoZontheLakeinJeffersonValley I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to The Counseling Center and my special thanks to the Awardees for applying and going through the process A huge thank you goes our Scholarship Committee co-chairs April Lasher Lily Villani andPatriciaHallinanfortheirtirelesswork We also thank all our members who contributed throughout the year to this wonderful cause
The Car Show despite the heat wave went extremely well with over 100 HotRodsandClassicsondisplayanda fantastic turnout of vendors and participants alike I would also like to thank The Curry Auto Group for all of their dedication and support to the Chamber Lastly a special shout out to both Patricia Cerbone and Eric DiBartolofortheirorganizingtheevent
