establishes and enforces common data standards, information service standards,
acquisition and certification to ensure seamless flow of information between all
Army, JIIM and mission partners users and systems.
– Enabling capabilities: governance, unified network operations, and common operating
environment.
• Enable Army and JIIM operations in and through a highly available LWN –
assures computing and communications resources, services, and
information are available, accessible and safe-guarded at the edge to support
Army, JIIM and mission partners operations.
– Enabling capabilities: enterprise network transport (regional hub node, Standardized
Tactical Entry Point (STEP)/Teleport, commercial mobile/wireless/fixed infrastructure),
global and regional cyber centers, network management and system management.
