b. For any visitor who arrive from the above countries will be refused entry by the Immigration and handed over to the airlines for deportation process

2 SABAH, MALAYSIA (BKI, SDK, TWU)

Effective 18 March 2020, 0001 hrs until 31 March 2020, 2359 hrs MALAYSIA (Restriction highlights) 1. Immigration Department of Malaysia WILL NOT ALLOW entry or transit into Malaysia

to all PRC passport holders that are ISSUED from Hubei, Zhejiang or Jiangsu Provinces and all other nationalities with recent travel history within the last 14 days to Hubei, Zhejiang or Jiangsu Provinces in Mainland China.

2. The Government of Malaysia WILL NOT ALLOW entry OR transit through Malaysia

to all citizens of: ITALY, IRAN & SOUTH KOREA 3. All new visitors with travel history from ITALY, IRAN & SOUTH KOREA and

HOKKAIDO, JAPAN within the last 14 days WILL NOT BE ALLOWED entry into Malaysia or transit through Malaysia.

SABAH STATE 1. The state Government of Sabah has expanded the travel restrictions (all points of

entry by air, sea or by land) to the followings: a. All foreigners and Malaysian citizens (non-residents of Sabah), with recent travel

history to MAINLAND CHINA (PRC), within the last 14 days WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to enter Sabah.

b. All transit Passengers originating or through MAINLAND CHINA will not be allowed entry into Sabah.

QUARANTINE

1. The following WILL BE ALLOWED entry in

Sabah:

a. Any SABAHAN, PERMANENT RESIDENTS of Sabah and RESIDENTS OF SABAH under WORK PASS, STUDENT PASS, LONG TERM SOCIAL VISIT PASS OR ANY EXEMPTION ORDER, returning from mainland CHINA, ITALY, IRAN & SOUTH KOREA and HOKKAIDO, JAPAN are subject to a compulsory 14 days home quarantine.

South KOREA, Italy and Iran in the last 14 days are strongly advised NOT to visit Sarawak.

3. All visitors from COVID-19 affected countries and regions such as France, Spain, Germany, United States of America, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam and West Malaysia are to adhere to precautionary guidelines issued by the Sarawak Health Department at all Point of Entry.

Note: Sarawak Disaster Management Committee issued the following guidelines on 13 March 2020 following reported positive cases of COVID-19. All non-essential travel to Brunei Darussalam, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia are advised to be postponed or deferred. Visitors from Brunei Darussalam, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia are also advise to postpone or defer their travel to Sarawak.

1. Attachment Sarawak – Sarawak State Disaster Management Committee-

Singaporeans Coming for A Short Trip Must Abide by The Health Ministry Guidelines (ASA MAB060.20)

2. (including Sarawakians) who fell sick during their visit must seek immediate medical

4 HONG KONG 1. Effective 25 March 2020 until 08 April 2020

i. Landing Hong Kong

i. All HK Residents with below documents ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER HKG from any origin: a. Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card b. HKSAR passport or BNO passport (with right of abode in HKG) c. Hong Kong Identity Card – need to accompany with a valid work visa/

study visa: to be clarified by Immigration d. Work visa not yet activated (first time arrive HKG): to be clarified by

Immigration

ii. Non-HK Resident from any countries/ territories will be DENIED ENTRY except: a. Passengers from Mainland China or Taiwan or Macau and have not been

to other places in the past 14 days

iii. Macao resident can continue to enter HK with prior transport arrangement with Macao Tourism Board.

iv. All passengers entering HK (resident or not) will be put under 14 days compulsory quarantine (home or hotel)

Passengers who have been to Korea (Daegu and Gyenongsangbuk-do), Iran, Italy (Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy and Veneto), Wuhan in past 14 days are required to go to Quarantine Camp (HKR only):

1. Effective 08 February 2020, the Department of Health (DH) will issue quarantine orders to all people entering Hong Kong from the Mainland, including Hong Kong residents, mainland residents and visitors from other places. People concerned must stay at designated places (quarantine centre, home or other accommodation) for a 14-day compulsory quarantine. Apart from the exempted persons under the "Compulsory Quarantine of Certain Persons Arriving at Hong Kong Regulation", people who have been to the Mainland in the past 14 days upon arrival at Hong Kong, even if they enter Hong Kong via other places, are also covered. They should not have any symptoms and should have passed temperature checks upon entry. Those with symptoms will be referred to the DH for further handling. Arrivals holding a visa with validity of less than 14 days will be denied entry.

2. The current health quarantine arrangements on inbound travellers from overseas: a. People arriving in Hong Kong who have been

to the following countries/areas in the past 14 days, regardless of whether they are Hong Kong residents, will have to stay in a quarantine centre for quarantine

ii. The air operators must strictly comply with the measures for the surveillance prevention and control of dangerous communicable disease by the Ministry of Public Health under the Communicable Diseases act b.e.2558 (2015) and the notification of the civil aviation authority of Thailand)

iii. Airlines have to notify immigration at least 1-hour prior flight arrival so they can meet the flight together with health control officers to assess condition and interview. These must be disembarked last in order for the officer to conduct entry screening.

iv. Aircrafts operating from the listed territories are required to undergo cabin disinfectant spray and deep cleaning before departure.

v. All aircraft that found with high temperature by Health Control officer is also required to undergo cabin disinfectant spray and deep cleaning before departure.

vi. If airlines carried passenger with COVID-19 without proper exit screening or early notification to the Health Control in advance, airlines (could be station manager) shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding 500,000THB or to both.

19 VIETNAM 1. Effective 25 March till 31 March 2020, NO VIETNAMESE PASSENGERS ALLOWED TO ENTER SAIGON. Aircraft must operate as ferry into Saigon. Airlines are allowed to uplift passengers ex-Saigon.

2. Effective 22 March 2020, Government of VIETNAM HAS SUSPEND ENTRY of all foreign nationals to enter Vietnam until further notice.

3. This above-mentioned measure is not applicable for foreign entrants for diplomatic and official purpose provided strictly carried out medical check and undergo mandatory suitable isolation at home.

4. The temporary suspension is applicable to all overseas Vietnamese and their

relatives granted with certificates of visa exemption.

5. Effective 23 March 2020, 0001 hrs, Vietnamese Citizens are not allowed to enter Vietnam. However, Vietnamese Citizen may register at Vietnamese Embassies or representative bodies of Vietnam in their countries from where the Vietnamese citizens taking flight back to Vietnam.

21 BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

1. The Government of Brunei WILL NOT ALLOW entry into Brunei, OR transit through Brunei to (except Brunei nationality and permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam) from:

HUBEI PROVINCE, ZHEJIANG PROVINCE and JIANGSU PROVINCE, IRAN, ITALY. Effective March 16, 2020, the entire population and the people of Brunei Darussalam are barred from traveling out of Brunei except in certain circumstances such as emergency medical treatment, attending court hearings or resuming overseas study sessions of which is subjected to the approval from the Prime Minister's Department. 2. Issuance of Visa on Arrival (VOA) e-visa, transit visa

4. Diplomats accredited to Myanmar, the resident UN

6. Effective 17 March 2020 following nationalities ARE NOT ALLOWED to enter

Bangladesh: a. All Europe passport holder are NOT ALLOWED to enter Bangladesh, except

United Kingdom passport. b. All passenger of any nationalities, inbound from Europe transiting Kul and

coming to Bangladesh are NOT ALLOWED to enter Bangladesh. c. All Bangladeshi passport passenger, inbound from Europe transiting Kul and

7. Effective 15 March 2020 until 31 March 2020, all foreigners originating from Europe (EXCEPT UK citizens) who have visited or come from the countries below on or after 15 March 2020

3. Visa on Arrival (VOA) into Bangladesh is

temporarily suspended in general until 31 March 2020 for all COVID-19 affected countries.
