NIGP’s Enterprise Sponsor Program is an all-in-one, single-tier, exclusive sponsorship for corpo-rations that recognize the public good that can be achieved through alignment with the foremost au-thority in public procurement, its professional com-munity and like-minded organizations.

Unlike most sponsorship programs, NIGP’s is ho-listic in scope – one ‘tier’ of sponsorship participation, recognition across key programs, no one-off up-sell-ing or event-specific sponsorships, and a competi-tor-free program environment. With a limited number of sponsorship slots in the program, your company will enjoy sustained high vis-ibility recognition across NIGP programs.

Exclusive position as the corporate representative from your principle market segments in the Sponsor Program.

NIGP reaches more than 15,000 procurement pro-fessionals from 2,500 local, state, provincial and federal government contracting agencies in North America. These agencies have an aggregate spend of over $200 billion. Members of our community are engaged in all aspects of the procurement process and are empowered to make purchasing decisions, making them a critical audience for your engagement.

Enterprise Sponsor Program benefits:

5

As we anticipate our mutual desires for expanded presence in the public sector, the current Enter-prise Sponsor Program will provide the founda-tion from which we will grow. Looking ahead over the coming five years and beyond, NIGP has identified three principle program development opportunities that we believe could provide the mutual “win” we all seek. The following programs, developed with the com-bined Sponsors’ support, will exclusively recognize and reflect the essential contribution made by each corporation. • Online Government Supplier Certificate Program • Leadership Development Program • Online Procurement Support Curriculum

6

To ensure the exclusive nature of the NIGP Sponsorship Program, we intend to limit Program participation to 15 leading companies that will represent diverse market segments.

Sponsor Program opportunities are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Once an organization has secured a position in the Program, they will preclude competitors from participation throughout their sponsorship period. Sponsorship participation is based on an annual commitment and sponsorship fee.

This Program allows your company to lock-out competitors in your primary market segment.

The Values and Guiding Principles of Public Pro-curement are at the core of what NIGP represents. We ask that our Sponsors respect and maintain the same level of ethical integrity and commitment to the

professional values for which our members are known. In light of our constituents’ regulatory and ethi-cal operating requirements, NIGP maintains a policy of supplier neutrality. As such, participation in NIGP’s Sponsorship Program does not represent an endorse-ment by NIGP of the Sponsor, its programs or services. Sponsors are respectfully asked to refrain from using language that would suggest otherwise.

Respect for the procurement profession and our members is key to the success of the Sponsor Program.
