information across and reach a wider audience.• Develop one CRM to store client’s information from the

different social media platforms to observe the client’s behaviour in relation to offering promotions.

• Narrowing down to a single user, marketers can find out the frequency and monetary value of the particular user and be able to predict if they will spend money or not again on the offering.
