Section head gets the selected Main Titles of Training
Selection of any Main title will navigate to detail screen
Section Head selects (can only select) the staff in his / her section
He nominates the employees and suggest the training inside or outside the countryAnd SAVE the record
SAVED data appears back to Head of Dept Next

All selected Plans appear to Training Center where they validate the entries and the either return to the user for correction or modify it on their own
If all OK then TC sets the priority and country or institutes (as the case may)
Once all done the Plan is Marked as Closed to userd. (access of users is limited to inquiry only. No amendment allowed now)

After each step the letters and Memos can be scanned and attached to that level, which makes it available optionally when eve the record is inquired. It gives almost a paper less process

Open The Plan to Users and then Closed it for USERS and proceed for the formal approvalsAs followsTo MOCS with Covering LetterReceive the letter from MOCS and Scan itOpen it for Committee
Show the Scanned Letter from MOCS
Receive the approval from Committee and Scan itOpen it for H.E The Minister
Show the Scanned letters From MOCS and CommitteeReceive the approval from H.E and Scan the QARARClose it for further amendmentsProceed with sending the trainees on training Next
After Plan is approved and finalized with necessary documents and authorization
Training Center do the necessary home work on Plan and divide the trainees into one or more then 1 groups.
Group are made for one type of training and one Location of training
Each group is selected and send to the location of training with necessary data like Institute-ID , sending Date, Budget Request No and Amount
From now on ward the Feed back from Institute and Return of trainees is expected. Result are scanned from Institute and Evaluation is entered from the institute
Each student has access to Electronic Evaluation Form. Where Evaluation from the student is entered for training, location, trainer and contents
