Word of conference manager:
January is as usual very intense month. We are in
exam period, so many campaigns start at the same
time on our LCs, also there are huge amount of
our GCDP realization planned for this period.
Except all that there is another outstanding event
happening in January. It´s NEXT conference. And
this year it will be special. Because
...for the first time we put together more
conferences in one, so you can count with
something totally new
...we will elect our new leader for term 14.15. Our new MCP
... these 5 days will be very intense not just because it´s longer as usually, but also because it´s
content focusing on complex knowledge delivered to our new generation
...you can count with experienced facis not just from Czech Republic
...it will be just amazing
…and TOPALKI of course
Your MC and OC is working hard on all these to happen. Stay tuned, more information is

Tracks
Train the trainers
Well known concept aimed to prepare delegates for their presenters, trainers and facilitators
roles.
It´s shorter – just for one day, so you can gain basic knowledge which can be put in to the
practice right after the conference.
There will be also advanced version during that day delivered.
Target groups: LC VPs, LCP,TLs, newies
Language: English
Self-discovery tracks (basic & advanced)
Both tracks are aimed to help delegates to find their next steps in life, evaluate their past in
terms of successes achieved or failures faced.
These tracks give delegates chance to explore their inner strengths.
It is also space to figure out “Who I want to be” or “Who I became” connected with their
future or post AIESEC experience.
Target group for basic track: newly elected LC VPs, TLs
Target group for advanced track: current EBs, current TLs, current LCPs
Language: English
Now or Never track
This will be the first contact with newly elected LC EBs from the whole AIESEC Czech
Republic.
This track is meant to help delegates to easier handle their new roles as leaders, provide them
with some tool ad knowledge how to run our organization successfully in the future.
Target group: new LC VPs, new LCPs, MC candidates
Language: English
Entrepreneurial track
Together with many of our external partners or alumni delegates can think about their own
next steps after AIESEC.
They can also develop their ideas or create new one together with others.
Target group: experienced LCPs, EBs, TLs, XPs and international delegates, with at least
1 year AIESEC experience
Language: English
Functional knowledge transition (NTM)
Day and half full of knowledge delivered by current LC VPs and MC VPs. This final part of
the
conference is very crucial for delegates.
Newly elected LC VPs are more able to work in their
functional areas as LC VPs, core of the knowledge is delivered here and they can easily
continue in their local transition.
Target group: newly elected LC VPs, newly elected TLs
Youth to Business (Y2B)
…Do not miss Youth to Business! 2 Workshops from reputable company (KPMG, Deloitte,
GE Money, KB, Dale Carnegie), panel discussion and key note speech. Follow the facebook
event of Y2B and find out more. Prepared is refreshment and great netwoorking lunch.
Everything for free. Registration on each workshop will be 14 days before this event. You
will be informed on Y2B facebook and get invitation card on your email.

Accomodation
Accomodation will be provided in rooms with 2,3,4,5 or 6 beds in heated
cottages with own sanitky facilities. In order to keep your rooms clean.
We want you to feel comfortable, so bring your SLIPPERS and CUP- you can
drink your coffee or tea like at home ;)
Transportation:
Depends on your LC. If you don´t need individuals pick up, read informations
belouw
Individuals traveling and pick-ups:
If you will come with your own car, please let us know when on
If you need pick-up on train or buss station in Doksy, let us know when on
[email protected] and we will pick you up.
It cost 5s0CZK/person. The emergency number on OC car will be in the second
booklet.
Fees
Tls, EB - It depends on your LC.
Alumni / Party delegate - 800 CZK.
International Delegates - 37 €.
STORNO fees:
Until 6.1.2013 we will give you back 100% of your money.
Until 10.1.2013 just 50%.
And after 11.1.2013 we will not give you any of your money back.
Deadline for registration is 5.1.2014!!
