Another important thing is that Kano has a very cold weather in the month of October and I urge you all to please come with your head warmer, hand gloves, stockings, blankets and cardigans/pullovers. I know most of you would have been wonderinghow safe kano is (although media is not helping matters) Yes, Kano is safe just like any other state is safe. To ensure full safety of delegates, Soldier are stationed around the hotels and it vicinity, so ALL IS WELL. Here are some tips to help you during your stay in Kano:

Don't drink, kiss/romance on the street of Kano. Don’t wear exposive /skimpy wear on the street of kano (as it considered as Haram i.e forbidden) There should be a limit of how or which the opposite sex hold each other along the street

SAFE TIPS

NB: However, you may do all the above in closure or within the hotel venue. |6
