Newsletter October 2015 Congress Congress this year was yet another success for the club with an almost “full house”. Profit for the club, including the raffle was $2000. Jenni Artis led the hard working catering team and introduced a sandwich lunch for the first time which was very well received. Tony Souter organised the very successful raffle which made $725 for the club. Many, many of you helped by baking delicious goodies or set up and tidied up the hall on the day. Thank you to all of you who once again made this event our biggest and best fundraiser for the year. Without your support it would not happen. Local businesses step up The following local businesses donated prizes to the raffle this year. We can show our thanks by supporting their businesses wherever possible.
