Friday Mixed – goes every Friday @ 6:30 & 9pm. Most games will go on the early draw. Average 1 late draw per month.

Help us by spreading the word. Refer a contact to Rick and if a new team enters from your referral an exciting incentive is in place. Ask Rick for details.

Thursday Men’s / Open– Time – 6:15 & 8:30pm. The league is for new or experienced teams and/or individuals. This year we will take any combination of Men, Mixed, Ladies, any experience level will fit the format of this league. Teams play on average 1 game late per month.

Open Leagues – Sunday mornings (10am), Monday nights (6:45pm), Saturday mornings (9:15am), . **Monday night early only – this league fills fast. Help us grow the other leagues. Talk to Rick about the referral incentives.

Tuesday Ladies League – NO LATE DRAWS

6:30pm start time – Christmas & Final night Banquet.

NEW LEAGUEWednesday Evening- Men’s / Open

7pm weeklyno late draws

Any combination goes – Men’s, Mixed, and Ladies. Limited amount of teams – Curling alongside the Epcor League. This is the first year running. The league will qualify for the second league discount.

Saturday Morning Open – The Ottewell joining forces with the current Saturday morning Engineers Curling League. This league will be open to any combination of Men’s, Mixed, Ladies, teams and/or individuals. The league like all our leagues is designed for the beginner or the experienced. Give Rick a call @ the club for more information.

At the Ottewell our goal is to be known as the Club of your choice. We focus on providing the atmosphere of a Curling Club, not a Rec. Centre.

We offer Full Catering – You can one stop shop your event at the Ottewell

Catersing & Concession 2017/18We are pleased to announce Niall & his family are back for the upcoming season. Niall will again cater to all your needs. Our members thank Niall and his family for a great job last season.

This year we will be offering full catering service in or outside of the Building. We can come to you. All bookings go through the office of the Ottewell. Let the Ottewell & Niall make your event perfect. We will get it done right.

If concession closed the night of your league, outside food will be allowed into the club. We will also have the hot dogs on nightly as usual and all you’re other typical bar snacks.

We will again be offering a full catering menu for your company fun spiel or family get together. Just ask Rick for the details. Book your company party here at the club. Membership discounts will apply.

No outside foods will be permitted in the club when the concession is open.

Curlers curling in 2 leagues or more will pay only $260 for the league that is of equal or lower value. (This applies only to evening Ottewell house leagues)

5th player rule – there will be a $100 charge to add a 5th player to the roster. The player will be entitled to play any position. If no payment made to add a 5th – player will qualify under the spare rules. To qualify for Post Season – paid 5th member must have played a minimum of 6 games.

Purchase a Share prior to your first game and receive a 10% discount on fees. Shareholder discount does not apply to the following house leagues – Tuesday Ladies, Sunday Open, Saturday Open, any other leagues that is discounted already or not a Ottewell house league. This will also not apply to a qualified $200 league.

To secure your spot a deposit of 1 curling fee must be received at the club no later than September 10th. After September 10th all leagues will be a first come first serve basis.

We ask that ½ of your teams fees be paid prior to your first game. The balance is due by Novermber 1rst. If required ask Rick about the payment plans to help suit your needs.

full.
