The Racing Club is currently operating at maximum capacity and thedemand for the diversified catering style has increased in recent years andis forecasted to continue to grow.To serve the new expansion and change of catering style of The RacingClub. We have been awarded for this contract to increase the capacity ofvenue ventilation so as the building services provision.

Maintenance Contract of Mechanical Ventilation & Air Conditioning (MVAC)System at Main Toer, Hong Kong Adventist Hospital

• Date of Commencement: May 2020

It is 2‐years term contracts for the maintenance works and repair work forChiller plant and Mechanical Ventilation Air‐conditioning Systems at HongKong Adventist Hospital (Tsuen Wan).

Regent Hotel Refurbishment Guestrooms Mockup Works – Building ServicesProvisions For Room 420 & 422 and the Common Corridor

• Date of Commencement: April 2020

The refurbishment works including TWO Guest rooms and corridor, allexisting E&M Installations to be removed by New and intelligent DesignConcepts. Room Control Units is employed for automatically controls of theE&M services. RCU also connected to hotel guest system to provide instanthotel services to the guest to achieve luxury hotel guest room requirement.

Each guest room installed with extendable of 8‐channels high powerdimmer that’s form part of Room Control Unit, with different scenes settingand high‐quality LED light fixtures, DCU provides numbers of mode foreasier selected by guest.

IT/AV system, including Vingcard Door lock system, Higher security levelWIFI Access Point, Invisible Speaker, Sound Bar and 65” 4K QLED TV,Bluetooth receiver for playing music though wireless connection withguest’s handheld or smartphone, and multiple network gateway switchconnecting to hotel guest management system.

CSR

Computers recycling and donation to charitiesTo enhance the public awareness in the recycling of computers,CSR co‐operated with IT Department to refurbish & donate thegood working condition computers to the needy. We donated20 laptops to two charitable organizations: HK SKH LadyMacLehose Centre and Music Children Foundation, to helpthose low‐income families to gain access of informationtechnology in daily life.
