drive it for long hours without facing the problem of overheating. Also, I am ableto save 1 liters 2 liters of fuel everyhour. Considering the fact that I use mytractor for at least 8 hours every day, I amable to save around Rs. 500 everyday.Everything that the dealer told me aboutqualities of PT 4455 has turned out to betrue.

Rarely used as a production machine,Escorts brought this new concept to the

mining industry with its Hydra series atBijolia, the mining hub of Rajasthan. TheEscorts Hydra series cranes used atBijolia is a treat to watch. The ubiquitousGolden yellow of Escorts Hydras aresomething which one cannot miss beingin that area, there are hundreds of theseused for different mining operations.

The cost-effectiveness, operationalefficiency and functional benefits of thesecranes compared to mining equipment areso many that customers in the area onlyuse cranes for mining. Even local dealershave opened world-class workshops inDabi and Salavatia to support thesemachine.

Our customers in Bijolia area haveexpressed the crane as their lifeline. The adoption of the crane for thisapplication stems from the fact that

ustomer-orientation is central toEscorts. Listening to our customers and anticipating the

needs of prospective customers issomething we are serious about. Our efforts are to orchestrate our customer needs, desires and goals to provide themwith a satisfied product, service and builda long-term relationship.

Escorts Powertrac 4455 (PT 4455)launched in November 2008, into the 4-cylinder tractor segment has already wonthe hearts of farmers. After its recentlaunch in UP, we spent time with our customers to get their response on its

performance. The PT 4455 is meeting thecustomer needs as one of the most fuelefficient tractors capable of all types of agriculture and non-farm applications.

One of our satisfied customers fromMuzzaffarnagar, UP Mr. Brahm Singhsays I have recently acquired PT 4455and it is at par with my expectations. Before this, I have used tractors fromother companies, such as Eicher, Swarajand even PT 435, but found PT 4455 to

be much better than any other tractor. Thenoise level is low compared to other tractors and fuel consumption alsoeconomical. I save at least 8 liters of fuelevery day. I would recommend all myfellow farmers to buy PT 4455 instead of any other tractor.

The success of PT4455 is further reinforced by another customer fromMuzzaffarnagar, UP. Mr Sudhir Kumar,in an honest and candid interaction, saidI am very happy with my latest tractor, the PT 4455. It has a higher load carryingcapacity resulting in better performance. I

Escorts Cranes are reliable, rugged andefficient. The customer support byECEL dealer, Drillcon, has also madethe difference.

The widespread usage of cranes on sucha tough application has brought theentrepreneurial characteristics of thedealer to the fore, who has openedworkshops nearby, making theavailability of material and men literallyat beck and call of the customer.

Embarking upon revamping theRailway Equipment Division (RED),Escorts has upgraded its manufacturingfacilities, added new technologies andintroduced a broader product-mix tocater to its customers needs. One of our oldest and largest customers is theIndian Railways. On a recent visit to theRED plant, Mr. Pradeep Kumar,General Manager Rail Coach Factory,Kapurthala along with Chief MaterialManager Mr. Pardeep Kumar and

Senior Mechanical Engineer Mr. LalitKishore got a holistic view of our operations. They toured our factory andgot an insight into our currentoperations and future products.
