Tawa Kāhui Ako Dual Leadership

Kāhui Ako news, which has taken some time to be officially confirmed, is that this term I have started working with Robyn Chester (DP of Tawa College) as the dual leader of our Tawa Kāhui Ako. This means that for the equivalent of one day a week (in actual fact the day is spread across the week), I will be focused on working with staff, students and leaders across all eight Tawa schools to build learning and collaboration. This also means that for the equivalent of one day a week the very capable Ange Lamb will be stepping in to undertake some of the principal roles and responsibilities. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for my professional growth and will provide new learning opportunities for our Greenacres students and staff.
