Throughout day Arrivals into New York
Representatives wearing blue shirts and carrying Aflac signs will meet you in the
baggage claim area of either LaGuardia, or John F. Kennedy airports to assist you
with your luggage and direct you to transportation to the Hilton New York Midtown.
For LaGuardia arrivals: Please be sure to keep your baggage claim tickets issued
at check in. Airport security requires that you show your baggage claim tickets upon
exiting the airport.

Your first night in The Big Apple promises to be a fun filled evening. Catch-up with
other qualifiers as you get a new taste of New York City. Have your photo made in a
giant NYC snow globe, join an oversized game of “foos-ball” with 20 players at a
time, create and take home fun photos at interactive touch screen stations, challenge
other qualifiers at LED pool tables, or take your turn in a CD recording booth; then
end it all with an “unplugged” performance with Pat Monahan from Train singing
all their top hits. This night is sure to be an exciting kick off to Convention 2013!

Currently, airlines are now charging their customers for all checked luggage. Aflacwillreimburseyouforthefirst piece of checked luggage per person only. Depending on the airline the charge is customarily $25 per first checked bag.Travelerswhohavefrequentflyerstatuswiththesecarriersmay be exempt from these fees. Please check each individual carrier’s web site for additional details. Additional fees for two or more pieces of checked luggage per person or luggage that is overweight will not be eligible for reimbursement.
