lesson.

4.TrainingSessions

4.1.AlltrainingsessionswillstartandfinishfromtheagreedmeetingaddressunlessthePDIadvisestheInstructorin

4.2.Any changes to the start/finish location must be discussed with the Instructor in advance to allow for diary

management.

4.3.IfthePDIislateforthescheduledlessontheInstructorreservestherighttofinishthelessonatthearrangedtime

andchargeforthefulllesson

4.4.WhilsteverycareistakentoensurethatthePDIreceivestuitionatthescheduledtime,allappointmentsare

7.CancellationPolicy

7.1.AnyPDIwishing tocancela scheduled trainingsessionmustgive the Instructorat least48hours’notice to

enabletheInstructortoofferthetrainingsessiontoanothertrainee.

7.2.Unfortunately,where lessthan48hours’notice isgiventhetrainingsessionwillbechargedfor infull.This

paymentwillbedueinadvanceofthenextscheduledtrainingsessionortakenfrompre-paidtrainingsession.

7.3.Wheretrainingsessionshavebeenpre-paid,anycancellationmadepriorto48hoursofthescheduledlesson

willberefundedorrescheduledwithoutcharge.

7.4.Ifyouwouldliketocancelapre-paidtrainingcourseanylessonstakenwouldbechargedatthefulltraining

sessionrateof£30perhourandanythingoutstandingwouldberefundedback.Forexample,PDIpaysforPart2training

course12hrs£340,PDIhastaken6hrsoftrainingchargeat£180(£30perhr)totaltoberefunded£160.

8.ThePracticalDrivingTest

8.1.AnyPDIwishingtousetheInstructorsvehicleforthePart2and3testsmustconsultwiththeInstructorpriorto

bookingthetesttoensurethat;

8.2.TheInstructorandthevehicleareavailableforthepracticaldrivingtest.

8.3.TheInstructorreservestherighttorefusetheuseoftheInstructor’scarforPart2and3testsiftheInstructor

believesthatthePDIhasnotreachedasatisfactorystandard.

8.4.PracticaldrivingtestfessarepayabledirectlytotheDVSA.

8.5.ThePDI isresponsibleforensuringthatalldocumentationrequiredforthePart2and3testsareavailablefor

examinationbytheexaminerandisuptodateandvalid.

8.6.ThePDIwillberequiredtotaketheirdrivinglicense.Fulldetailsofalldocumentationneededcanbefoundonthe

Gov.ukwebsite.

8.7.AnyPDIwishingtocancelorrescheduletheirPart2and3testsmustinformtheInstructorassoonaspossible.The

cancellationpolicydetailedinparagraph7willapplyifthestudentfailstoadvisetheInstructormorethan48hoursprior

tothescheduledtestdateandtime.

9.DataProtection

9.1.WhilsttakingtrainingsessionswithLet’slearnltdinstructorTrainingitwillbenecessaryforPDIrecordstobekept.

PDI records will consist of personal data, such as name, date of birth, address, and contact details.It may also be

appropriatetokeepdetailsrelatingtoatraineemedicalcondition(s).

9.2.AllpersonaldatawillbekeptunderthecontrolofyourdrivinginstructortrainerworkingundertheGPInstructor

trainingnameandwillonlybesharedwithathirdpartywherethereisalegalrequirementtodoso.Forexample,inthe

unlikelyeventofaPDIbeinginvolvedinaroadtrafficincidentitwouldbenecessarytosharethePDI’sdetailswithathird-

partyinsurancecompany.

9.3.Inanyothercircumstance,aPDI’sinformationwillnotbesharedwithathirdpartyunlessthePDIprovidesconsent

foryourinstructorandGPInstructorTrainingtodoso.Forexample,toallowselectedpartnerstocontactaPDIabout

productsandservicesofferedbythem.

9.4.Let’sLearnLtdInstructorTrainingwilluseaPDI’sinformationtocontactaPDIinrespectofservicesandproducts

suppliedbyLet’slearnltdInstructorTrainingandpaymentswhichrelatetothoseproductsandservices.

9.5.Wherestudentsuccessstoriesaresharedonsocialmediasites,andgp-instructortraining.co.ukconsentwillbe

soughtfromthePDIpriortosharing.IfconsentisnotprovidedbythePDI,successstorieswillnotbeshared.

9.6.AnyPDIwishingtoseetheirpersonaldataheldbyGPInstructorTrainingshouldmakearequesttotheInstructor

andthepersonaldatashallbemadeavailabletothePDIwithoutdelay.

9.7.OnceaPDIhasceasedtousetheservicesofGPInstructorTrainingthePDI’spersonaldatawillonlybekeptfor

thepurposesofaccountingandwillbedestroyedassoonaspossiblethereafter.

10.Complaints

10.1.WhereaPDIisunsatisfiedwiththeserviceprovidedbyLet’sLearnLtdInstructorTraining,thatPDIisinvitedto

discussthecomplaintwiththeInstructorortocommunicatethecomplainttotheInstructorinwritingbytextmessage,

emailorletter.

10.2.Allcomplaintswillbereviewedandrespondedtoinwritingwithin5workingdays.

10.3.IfthePDIisstillnotcompletelysatisfiedwiththeoutcomeoftheircomplainttheycantakethematterfurtherby

contactingthetrainingorganisation.
